All rentals are private and made up after you have contacted through the contact page. The home owner will then contact you directly via email. During peak season, it will cost approx. 420 EURO / week to rent a house for 2-6 persons with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room with kitchen area.
The houses are about 96 m2. There are also a few two family house for 6-10 people. In the houses there are patios and some houses even private pool. Some houses have internet and washing machine. The area has a large public pool. The area is guarded 24 hours a day with street lights at night. Own water from the area's deep-drilled wells. Electricity costs are charged according to consumption at a price of 6 THB / kWh.
